QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Roisin O'Kane has a professional background in Psychology and is an Executive
and Leadership Coach with extensive qualifications and experience in
management coaching and mentoring support, O’Kane is a Certified Master Coach and an Accredited Management Coach and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She has a BA (Hons) Psychology, Diploma Management Coaching and Mentoring (Dip MCM), Certified Master Coach (CMC) and is registered with the British Psychological Society and holds a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A&B). She is also highly experienced in the use of a wide range of psychometric tools such as OPQ32, Saville Wave, MBTI, HPI, HDS, and MVPI.

Roisin is one of the executive coaches in the Middle East for London Business School on the MBA and Emerging Leader’s Programmes and coaches on several of their global coaching programmes.

SPECIALISATION

Focusing on the career development of Senior Executives and group coaching of prominent leadership teams, her work with leading global and multi-cultural organisations gives her a heightened sense of cultural awareness and a keen understanding of the particular nuances and challenges of working in the GCC and MENA region in particular.

 

EXPERIENCE

With more than 20-years’ public and private sector experience, Roisin has worked in Europe, the US, the UK, and the developing markets of the Middle East and Asia. Actively involved in all aspects of identifying, developing and retaining top talent across an ever-widening spectrum of sectors, she works with clients in the Oil and Gas, Aviation, Banking and Finance, IT and Telecoms and Pharmaceuticals industries. O’Kane also works with a number of government departments and public organisations in the Middle East.
