Qualifications & Associations

Margaret Rose is a Chartered Psychologist (Organisational) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She holds a Diploma in Coaching, is an Accredited Master Coach and a Coaching Supervisor.  Margaret is also a member of the Health Professional Council.

She is a Founder Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Special Group in Coaching Psychology. As a Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and Division of Neuropsychology, Margaret Rose is an accredited Level A and B and Occupational Assessor who is a registered user of a range of Psychometric Tools such as MBTI Step 1 and 2, OPQ, Savile Wave, 15FQ+, Hogan Potential and Development Surveys,  Emotional Intelligence Instrument EQi, , Firo Business, NEO, PAPI, 360.

Margaret is one of the executive coaches in the Middle East for London Business School on the MBA and Emerging Leader’s Programmes and Lead Coach in the Middle East for one of their Global Coaching Programmes.


Margaret Rose specialises in the areas of leadership assessment, professional development, one-to-one and group coaching.

Margaret’s consultancy focus tends to be that of coaching business leaders that are active in the professional sectors of Banking and Finance; Oil and Gas; Nutrition, Telecommunications; Pharmaceuticals; Hospitality and Law. She predominantly coaches senior management, many of which are commercial and government leaders and ‘high flyers’ who work within fast paced environments carrying out extremely pressurised roles.


With Organisational Psychology and Executive Coaching experience in Europe, the UK and the Middle East that spans three decades, Margaret has lived in the Middle East region for over ten years, and has worked extensively throughout the UAE, GCC and beyond.

During that time she has worked with clients from a variety of multi-national, public and private organisations based in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia. 


Margaret’s interest lies in people’s growth and transformation.

With a background in organisational and neuro-psychology, Margaret encourages her clients to fully utilise the skills and knowledge that they have acquired throughout their career, maximising their personal potential for professional gain. This valuable development reduces future risk and derailment, a major benefit to a large organisation that needs absolute stability at the highest levels of leadership.

She also has an impressive track record in the coaching of senior executives in cases where difficulties arise from organisational and career change, cultural challenges and role transitions, a particular challenge in the Middle East.
