Kristen Coakley has a professional background in Human Resources Management and is a certified Executive Coach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English and is currently completing a dissertation on work-life balance for a Masters’ in Psychology. She holds numerous HR certificates and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
Kristen is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching (AC).Kristen is British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited in Occupational testing and is experienced in a range of Psychometric Tools used to improve self-awareness, facilitate personal development and enhance the coaching process.
Kristen specialises is change management, business start-ups, professional development and one-to-one coaching. She is passionate about using change triggers in both organisational and individual contexts to build strong foundations for personal development and transformational shifts.
Kristen’s consultancy focus is on business and executive coaching, Human Resource Management projects and start-up business development across Banking and Finance; Real Estate; Telecommunications; Retail; FMCG; Professional Services; and Government. She focuses on coaching business leaders; entrepreneurs; top talent and professional women.
Kristen has gained her extensive experience from Canada, the UK, and the Middle East over the past 15 years. She has lived in the Middle East region for over twelve years and has worked throughout the UAE and Oman. During this time, Kristen has worked with a variety of multinational, public and private organisations both internally and in a consultant capacity.
Kristen’s interest is in supporting organisations and individuals to create transformational change. She is passionate about exploring and developing healthy work-life balance frameworks that support people and business.
With a background in organisational psychology and practical human resource management, Kristen creates key insights for her clients supporting them to fully capitalise on their skills, experience and knowledge to achieve career success. This experience has also given her a strong understanding of the business contexts and environments that her clients need to navigate to be successful at the senior leadership level.
