Qualifications & Associations

Chantal Horton is a Business Psychologist and Accredited Executive Coach. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), CIPD and Association for Coaching UK.
 
Chantal also attained British Psychological Society Occupational Testing accreditation, which qualifies her to use a wide variety of psychological tools such as the MBTI Step 1 and 2, NEO, Hogan Potential Survey and Hogan Development Survey, 15FQ+, Saville Wave, OPQ, and Emotional Intelligence instruments. Chantal is an accredited MBTI team building facilitator and DDI Targeted Selection Competency Based Interviewing Expert.
 
Chantal is one of the executive coaches for the Government Leadership Programme for the Prime Minister’s Office in the UAE and coaches the Executive Leaders of the UAE Government regularly together with CXO & n-1 level leaders of MNCs based in the GCC region.
 

Chantal is an Organisational Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She is also an accredited Executive Coach through the Association for Coaching.

Chantal is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and an Associate member of CIPD. Chantal is accredited for Occupational Testing with the British Psychological Society in a range of psychometric tools & 360 degree feedback tools that can help to raise self-awareness at the commencement of the coaching process.

Specialisation

Chantal’s passion is in facilitating the transformation of organisations through implementing the vision and mission of its leaders and motivating their people to ‘buy‐in’ to actively contribute to the change journey. She thinks the UAE is the most exciting country to be living in over the next 10 years and she feels honoured that she has a small part to play in building the capability of a nation by identifying, assessing and developing young Emirati talent. These young Emiratis will lead this small, dynamic country into the future and build the nation’s capabilities to reach & exceed global standards in all areas. Chantal views it as an honour and a privilege to support this transformation to take place on an individual, team, organisational and national level.

Experience

Chantal possesses over 15 years of human resource consulting experience, five years as a consultant in Australia and ten years as an internal business partner and external consultant across the Middle East, the UK & Europe. Chantal is experienced in designing and implementing organisational development, change and talent management strategies. Chantal has gained experience coaching and developing young Emirati talent in order to facilitate knowledge transfer and result in self-sufficiency for Emiratisation. She has been proud to be able to support some of the best and brightest Emirati talent to date to achieve their development goals and to fulfil their nation’s aspirations for them. Chantal possesses an ability to interact honestly and create a presence with people at all levels, combined with a strong commitment to client service delivering ‘just-in-time’ solutions to facilitate the aggressive growth of the Middle East.

Extensive industry exposure across Banking & Finance, UAE Federal & Local Government Entities, Telecommunications, Aviation, Professional Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, Insurance, Engineering and FMCG. UAE clients include the Prime Minister’s Office where Chantal coached 10 of the top 30 Executive Leaders in the UAE for their Government Leadership Program over an 18-month period. Chantal also assessed and coached the Top 300 Executives for Etihad Airways. She has also worked on assessing & developing Vice Presidents and young Emirati Talent at FAB Bank. Chantal designed & project managed a global talent assessment Emiratisation program for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation where all 1000 staff were assessed globally for talent management purposes. Chantal acted as a Lead Facilitator & Executive Coach for KPMG’s business school in Melbourne, Australia.
